In the last year or so I’ve competed in four triathlons. I mention that not as a humble brag (okay, maybe just a little bit) but because I’ve learned a lot from my training that I apply to how I work with our firms.
Triathlons and firm partnerships require you to focus on the little things. No detail is too small to be important. Also, you need to attack each day with intensity. Whether I’m trying to shave a minute off my time or help a firm amplify its business, every moment matters. And above all else, I’ve learned to go the extra mile, always.
