Just Firm owners, partners, and friends sharing a meal together.

Ridgeback Pop-Ups

Feed, don’t flaunt.

Most experiences in this industry are passive, self-serving commercials. They consume time, generate little action, and rarely translate into real business growth.

Ridgeback Pop-Ups are intentionally different. Fast-paced, targeted, and action-oriented, they bring together the right people to explore specific opportunities, pressure-test ideas, and develop actionable strategies that drive revenue. No boring decks and no wasted time.

More than anything, Pop-Ups are hands-on, in-motion, revenue-generating experiences that combine practical ideas with true support and camaraderie. If Everest is where we strengthen our community, Pop-Ups are where we create momentum.

Member Firm Voices

“Apart from being great business partners, the people at Ridgeback are just cool; the types of people you want to hang out with, enjoy experiences, and success with.”

Everest

Everest 2026 was an expression of everything that makes Ridgeback different. Set against the backdrop of Whitefish, Montana, and Glacier National Park, the event brought together Firm leaders, carrier partners, wildlife biologists, and the Ridgeback team for a week of learning, adventure, and connection. Conversations happened in meeting rooms, on hiking trails, in whitewater rapids, over shared meals, and around campfires.

Our annual Everest events aren’t conferences. They are a community gathering of people committed to helping each other grow.

Member Firm Voices

“What I loved most about Everest this year was the way everyone on the Ridgeback team went out of their way to take care of people. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again—strive to keep this part of the culture. It will set Ridgeback apart for years to come. Shout-out to all Ridgeback people who exemplified this, including instances of taking care of each other.”
